The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires that all Justices of the Peace submit their rates in writing to prospective clients for the purpose of protecting them from hidden charges and fees.

The following fee schedule will allow you to determine which services you desire for your own individualized wedding ceremony

Basic JP services include:
all telephone and/or internet communications, and presentation of a document that will aid in constructiong an individualized wedding ceremony.

Weddings in Worcester:
Basic JP services...................................................... $75.00 
Basic services and rehearsal....................................$125.00
Basic services, meeting and rehearsal....................$175.00
Extra meetings in my home........................................$50.00

Weddings outside Worcester and in Worcester County:
Basic JP services...................................................... $125.00 
Basic services and rehearsal....................................$185.00
Basic services, meeting and rehearsal....................$245.00

Weddings outside of Worcester County:
Travel for weddings and rehearsals outside of Worcester County will be charged at $50.00 per hour according to time estimated by www.mapquest.com.

Normal garb is a justice robe or suit, according to the desire of the couple to be married.

For me to wear my tuxedo instead of the robe.................................................................. $60.00

Out of State Weddings:
Fees charged by the sposoring state for out of state officiants will be added to the above charges (usually $25.00).
